Assistant PA

£20-22,000 plus benefits and bonus

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant PA to work with our current Executive PA in supporting our Managing Partner and Founder.

The role requires someone who is highly organized; able to work on many different projects at once; happy dealing with a fast-paced and very varied workload; has a fantastic eye for detail and a confident approach in dealing with senior partners.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Comprehensive diary management ensuring that meetings happen when they should and that all attendees are in the right place at the right time
  • Monitoring correspondence email & post acting on / advising of any urgent matters 
  • Reading / reporting of confidential information
  • Creation / typing of documents, presentations & agendas ahead of meetings
  • Attending meetings to record, distribute and chase actions 
  • Ability to work on many projects at once including both personal and business-related projects
  • Highly proactive and responsive diary management 
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Acting as a liaison point for clients and colleagues
  • Organising travel and accommodation when necessary
  • Production of various reports on key business metrics
  • Assisting with personal appointments and various projects on an adhoc basis
