Data Analyst

£25,000 plus outstanding benefits and bonus

We are now looking to recruit a Data Analyst to work across several key functions within our business. This is a newly created role that requires someone with excellent communication skills and an understanding of the important of our data and its’ uses.

This role will impact various areas within the business and will report into the Head of Systems and Processes. It will require the successful individual to work closely with various departments within Equilibrium including our Managing Partner. Due to this the successful candidate will need to be able to manage their work load effectively and have no issue with working on various projects at any given time.

As part of the role our data analyst can expect to;

  • Produce Management information to deadline
  • Carry out analysis on management information reports
  • Design and improve data management processes focusing on;
  • Data integrity
  • Exception reporting
  • Reducing complexity for client facing staff
  • Produce, manipulate and analyse various types of data
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
  • Develop and support reporting processes
  • Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
  • Mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using reporting tools

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in mathematics/statistics
  • A degree in a relevant discipline
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience of PowerBI and/or Dynamics CRM
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Brilliant communication skills
  • Be a self-starter

The package

Competitive basic salary, contributory pension, bonus, 33 days holiday plus bank holidays (going up to 38 with length of service) plus loads of other great benefits.
