I enjoy the challenges offered at Equilibrium. There’s always something new to learn and the culture is super - my best working experience for many years. The business resonates professionalism, it’s forward-facing, customer centric and values its employees.

I think the reason why Equilibrium has won many awards in recent years is that we encourage staff to achieve qualifications and increase their industry knowledge. They are then able to offer clients a service that is superior to any of our competitors.

My strength is definitely relationship building. I believe that the client should always come first, as the business would not be here without them. I’ve spent much of the past few years reviewing existing pensions and assisting with pension planning, so that’s another of my strengths.

I’m kept busy outside of work by my two children. I enjoy hill walking in the summer and I love to travel and go on holiday as often as I can.
