The recruitment process:

Before you decide if Equilibrium is right for you, go and check us out on Instagram (click here)

Once you’ve decided that you like the look of our culture and our roles, you can apply below (or our roles are available on indeed and other major online jobsites but as you are here, why not apply now)

What happens next?

Once we’ve got your cv, we’ll get in touch for an initial telephone chat (assuming you’ve sent us a cv that’s free of basic errors and shows the attention to detail all staff at Equilibrium need)

Once we’ve have an initial chat and it’s all gone well, we’ll get you to fill out a Kolbe test (Very basically the Kolbe is designed to measure the conative faculty of the mind - the actions you take that result from your natural instincts, and is the foundational instrument used in Kolbe reports. It validates an individual's natural talents, the instinctive method of operation (M.O.) that enables you to be productive)

We’ll then process the Kolbe and one of two things will then happen.

We’ll either thank you for your time, send you the Kolbe report for free (it’s a great report that tells you lots about yourself and how you think and work) and tell you why we aren’t progressing with your application (we know what we need for our team to work so do trust us)

OR we’ll invite you in for an interview.

The interview process is generally done in one day and has two stages, these are normally back to back and last about one hour each. You will get to meet 4 people within the relevant team and they’ll talk to you about Equilibrium, your experience, what you are looking for in your next role and what you know about us and probably go off on a few tangents as well – we’re a friendly bunch after all!

We know interviews can be stressful, but we will do all we can to put you at your ease and make it as enjoyable as possible.

Once we’ve interviewed you, we’ll offer you a job or thank you for your time, either way you can expect timely and constructive feedback.

Good to know

We have great transport links from Manchester City Centre and are just a stroll from Handforth Train station (it’s about 20 minutes on the train from Piccadilly)

There are great motorway links and we are just off the A34 in Handforth.
